How to calculate wallpaper:

Step 1: Measure walls

Measure height and width of each wall. Standard ceiling height is 2.4-2.7m.

Step 2: Check roll dimensions

Common: 53cm × 10m or 70cm × 10m. Check your chosen wallpaper specs.

Step 3: Pattern repeat matters!

Pattern repeat (e.g., 64cm) affects how many usable drops per roll.

  • No pattern: Less waste
  • Small repeat (0-30cm): 10% waste
  • Large repeat (30-64cm): 15% waste
  • Match at seams: 20% waste

Step 4: Subtract openings

Deduct full-height doors and large windows from wall area.
